Pebble HotelsPebble Hotels is a new company, launched in spring 2007, which is aimed at the 3-Star hotel market. It was established with the acquisition of three hotels from Punch Taverns, which were part of the package Punch acquired when it bought Mill House last September. Pebble Hotels plans to develop a mid-sized hotel group. It will cater for the underserved premium budget 3-star regional sector. Pebble Hotels plans to acquire three hotels annually. Sites will be specifically chosen that fit the criteria of affluent locations and with an opportunity expand the number of rooms on site to up to 60 bedrooms. The Valuation Team provided independent valuation advice to their principal debt funder Anglo Irish Bank on the initial package of three hotels. We offer continued support both to the funder and Pebble Hotels as the company expands. Deal Size – £10 million |
