Jonathan is a highly experienced agent in acquisition and disposal of leisure properties, having worked with a broad range of high profile clients throughout the UK and in Europe, including the emerging markets of Eastern Europe.
Working across the restaurant, bar and club sectors, Jonathan’s principal areas of activity are to create new business development opportunities within emerging concepts; disposal of individual units and portfolios; sourcing acquisition targets; and provision of specialist advice to clients including the formulation of marketing and sales strategies to maximise values. Jonathan focuses on both acquisitions and disposals and portfolio management.
Jonathan regularly participates in conferences and seminars on the latest developments in his field – including topical areas such as planning & licensing changes and the smoking ban in public places – ensuring clients benefit from cutting-edge, reliable advice.
