Trevor is one of the most prominent and respected leisure property advisers in the UK, with almost 20 years experience in the sector.
Joining Davis Coffer Lyons in 1996, he heads the highly-successful valuations team.
His vast experience has created an unparalleled expertise across the hotel, public house, restaurant and nightclub markets in central London and nationwide.
He is widely regarded within the banking community as a leading expert in his sector and acts for all major UK banks on a regular basis.
A major contributor to RICS policy on leisure valuations, he is a member of the RICS Trading Related Valuation Group Sub-Committee and also a member of the RICS Secured Lending & Securitisation Committee. He regularly acts as an Independent Expert in legal proceedings and has given evidence in court on many occasions, mainly in cases involving business valuation disputes.
Trevor is also a regular contributor to many commercial and private conferences on the leisure property market including: The Publican Conference; The Food & Drink Conference; The Restaurant Conference; Henry Stewart Leisure Conference; IPG Leisure & Licensed Property Conference.
