Since joining Davis Coffer Lyons in February 2004 to assist Tracey Mills in driving the growth of the Development Leasing team, Kate has established herself as one of the industry’s best informed development advisors. Providing consultancy and agency advice on some of the UK’s most exciting mixed-use, retail, leisure and lifestyle schemes, Kate’s expertise ranges from advising on ideal tenant mix to marketing and promotion of projects.
A key part of her role involves sourcing the industry’s emerging, cutting edge brands and pioneers both nationally and internationally. Identifying the appropriate mix of eating and drinking offers, she ensures the leisure content of schemes complements the retail and other uses to produce a vibrant trading environment.
Kate has extensive experience of the sector having previously been involved with public relations for the retail and leisure property industry, dealing with developers and landlords on some of London’s most exciting retail and leisure schemes and urban regeneration projects.
