Tom joined Davis Coffer Lyons in February 2008 after 5 years experience with a West London firm. Working with an Arbitrator and Independent Expert he has built up a detailed knowledge of the third party determination process. He actively advised both landlords and tenants of varying kinds of commercial property on rent reviews and lease renewals. He was also responsible for the firm's retail agency instructions.
He is now part of the Landlord & Tenant team at DCL, working with Tim Munden, Margaret Walsh, Pip Gee-Merrett and Dan Mackernan on leisure, licensed and retail property in London and across the UK.
