Casey joined Davis Coffer Lyons in 2004 having previously spent four years with a West End surveying practice where he primarily dealt with Landlord & Tenant and Valuation work. Since joining DCL, he has gained an exceptional understanding and knowledge of the leisure sector and become a key member of DCL’s Acquisitions Team.
Representing a wide range of operators, developers and investors, Casey specialises in servicing national and branded restaurant operators and advising on their site requirements.
Casey applies a strategic and targeted off-market approach to generate transactions and has played an instrumental role in numerous group acquisitions and disposals. His role also entails identifying redevelopment opportunities and realising potential to create mixed-use schemes and investments.
