Rob Meadows MA
Rob joined Davis Coffer Lyons Agency team in January 2007 and has established himself as a key member of the division. His passion for the leisure sector stems from his childhood, coming from a family with restaurant and hotel businesses.
Focussing on lettings, disposals, and acquisitions nationwide, Rob has a strong knowledge of most of the UK’s main leisure pitches. He has worked for numerous private, corporate and developer landlords, from MacDonald Hotels to Auto Grill. Rob has also offered key advice on situations which require fast, accurate and effective management, such as completing on the individual disposals of the Clapham House Group Tootsies portfolio.
Acquisition work also plays a key role and Rob has acquired sites for high end independent restaurateurs along with branded operators such as Pho, Prezzo and ASK. He has built up an extensive network of contacts allowing him access to unrivalled opportunities.
