Rob joined Davis Coffer Lyons’ Agency team in January 2007 and has quickly established himself as a key member of the division.
Focussing on disposals, lettings and acquisitions nationwide, Rob has established a network of contacts of both operators and principals.
His intrinsic passion for the leisure sector stems from his childhood, coming from a family with restaurant and hotel businesses.
Rob is able to recognise latent and unlocked value in clients’ properties, based on previous agency experience within residential property as well as commercial development experience on large mixed-use projects for Gallagher UK.
