Josh joined Davis Coffer Lyons’ agency team in 2002 bringing with him several years experience in development consultancy and agency. He has accumulated extensive knowledge and expertise in the sector and has great connections in the restaurant business, working with the real movers and shakers, particularly in the Central London dining scene.
He is known for imaginatively sourcing operators and concepts for property owners and hotels and his advice is widely sought on location finding for chefs and restaurateurs. His awareness of key people and trends allows him to quickly line up a buyer or tenant for a given property opportunity which is a skill that is particularly valued by operators who wish to sell a site quickly and with minimal publicity. He is often brought in to advise Landlords on the hospitality part of a development at an early stage in the process.
