Josh joined Davis Coffer Lyons’ agency team in 2002 bringing with him several years experience in development consultancy and agency. He has accumulated extensive knowledge and expertise in the sector and has great connections in the restaurant business.
He has specialist market knowledge and provides operators and property owners with crucial advice on the latest trends in the restaurant sector, enabling clients to make early, key decisions on how to maximise value from their property portfolio, often being brought in to advise at the conceptual or embryonic stages of projects – be it an operator’s expansion plans or a new city centre development.
