Teresa works across both the Development Leasing and Agency teams at Davis Coffer Lyons, ensuring a seamless, total-knowledge of the market place is deliverable to clients. She has been able to generate an exceptional understanding of opportunities and market trends.
She joined DCL in September 2005, bringing with her wide-ranging experience from the property and leisure sectors. Acting for a broad range of clients from institutional landlords and developers to independent owner-operators looking to assign their leases, Teresa’s principal role is to advise on and let leisure space in mixed-use schemes and source new unusual and dynamic concepts for specific clients’ needs.
Understanding what operators want is crucial to Teresa’s approach and she has been able to create long lasting tenant/landlord relationships where both parties fulfill business needs.
Since joining DCL Teresa has been involved with some of the UK’s highest-profile regeneration projects including Westfield’s shopping centre portfolio; Paddington Central for Development Securities; Regent Quarter in Kings Cross for LaSalle Investment Management; and Shaftesbury PLC’s Carnaby and Opera Quarter estates. She has also recently dealt with the disposal of Madison’s coffee shops.
