Kate Brown
With a First Class degree in Property Management and Valuation, Kate joined Davis Coffer Lyons’ Landlord & Tenant Team in October 2011, focussing on rent reviews across a range of leisure property and reporting to Director Tim Munden. Kate brings with her a years experience from Network Rail where she worked across a varied portfolio of properties across the central belt of Scotland. At university, Kate specialised in valuation and urban regeneration and has a keen interest in travel.
