Chris has seven years experience specialising in the public house and bar sector. He has assisted single, multiple and corporate operators on both disposals and acquisition projects and strategies throughout the UK and has an in depth knowledge of London and the South East markets. p>
Chris has considerable experience in the assignment process gained from the numerous private completions he has overseen as well as working on major corporate leasehold disposal projects. He also works closely with emerging operators expanding their food orientated and late night pub concepts.
