DCL acquires Aberdeen shopping centre site for Prezzo

Casual Italian dining group Prezzo continues its expansion across the UK with a restaurant in Aberdeen, bringing its Scotland portfolio to three sites.
Acting on behalf of the group Davis Coffer Lyons has acquired a site in Union Square, Hammerson’s £250m shopping and entertainment complex which opened in October 2009.
Located on the first floor of the centre, Prezzo joins existing operators such as YO! Sushi, Nando’s, Chiquito and Handmade Burger Co.
The group’s two other Scotland outlets are located in Glasgow and Edinburgh.
