Prezzo acquires second Hertfordshire freehold within one month

Casual Italian dining chain Prezzo is continuing its expansion into the Home Counties with a second Hertfordshire acquisition within one month.
Acting for the group, leisure property agent Davis Coffer Lyons has secured the freehold of former La Vina on 69 High Street in the town of Tring.
The property was bought from Yates Prop Co Ltd for an undisclosed sum.
DCL’s Agency Director Brandon Elmon who negotiated the terms, said: “Acquiring freehold assets makes perfect sense for an operator such as Prezzo in the current climate. The group is in a cash rich position and can take advantage of depressed property values, especially outside of London, picking up quality assets for a good price.”
Prezzo operates over 140 sites nationwide.
